Ask a questionWhat exactly am I buying?
Research compounds are supplied for in-vitro laboratory and analytical use, not human or veterinary use. Confirm the specific vial, lot and supporting report with us before a real order.
Can I review analytical results before ordering?
Contact our team for the original analytical report for the exact lot you plan to order. The online catalogue is under verification; do not treat draft figures as a certificate. Read the archive is openfor guidance on interpreting a report.
What happens if a lot comes back below specification?
A lot that cannot be supported by an approved original report must not be released for sale. Contact us if documentation is missing or inconsistent.
How should the powder be stored?
Lyophilised powder is stable at −20 °C, desiccated and protected from light. Once reconstituted for laboratory preparation, solutions are typically held at 2–8 °C and aliquoted before freezing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific handling notes appear on each product page.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping charges are shown before you place your order. Review the current delivery information and tax notice on shipping and returns before ordering.
Is the packaging discreet?
Please contact us for current packing details before ordering. The checkout shows the delivery address and shipping total for review.
Do you offer bulk or institutional pricing?
Yes, for orders above 25 vials or for standing supply to a laboratory or university department. Write to [email protected] with the compounds and quantities and you will get a quote within one working day.
Can you advise on research protocols or how the material should be used?
No. We supply materials and the analytical data that describes them. We do not advise on protocol design or on use in humans or animals, and we cannot answer questions framed around human use.
